Copyright and DMCA Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
CoachWorkstream respects intellectual property rights and expects the coaches who use it to do the same. We respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512. Coaches publish their own booking pages, forms, landing pages, member portals, videos and community posts on CoachWorkstream; this policy covers all of them.
1. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on CoachWorkstream infringes your copyright, you may send a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (the page URLs, screenshots, the coach or workspace name).
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number and email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Send your notice to our designated agent by any of these:
Option 1: Online form (preferred)
The form asks for every element a valid notice needs and gives you a reference number for your records.
Option 2: Email

3. What happens after a notice
- Review: we review the notice for completeness within 1 business day.
- Takedown:if the notice is valid, we promptly remove or disable access to the material. We take down the specific page, form, file, video or post where we can, and a workspace’s public pages as a whole only as a last resort.
- Notification: we notify the coach whose content was removed and send them a copy of the notice, including your contact information.
- Counter-notice: the coach may file a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through our DMCA form (choose “Counter-notice”) or by email to dmca@coachworkstream.com. Your counter-notice must contain:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which DANCUEDIGITAL LLC - CoachWorkstream Protected Series may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we forward a copy to the original complainant. Unless the complainant tells us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we restore the material 10 to 14 business days after forwarding the counter-notice.
5. Repeat infringers
We maintain a repeat-infringer policy, and accounts of repeat infringers are terminated in appropriate circumstances. Each valid takedown notice against a workspace counts as a strike:
- First notice: content removed, warning issued.
- Second notice: content removed, workspace placed on probation.
- Third notice: workspace terminated.
We may terminate a workspace on the first notice in cases of egregious or willful infringement. A strike is removed if the content is restored after a valid counter-notice. Termination suspends the workspace and takes its public pages offline; it does not delete the coach’s data.
6. Misuse of the DMCA process
Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice is a violation of federal law. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.
